TOUCH is a fast, fun and non-contact, open to both men and women, most of all its great fun No obligation to come every week, just come along when you can.

TOUCH Rugby is a mixed non-contact version of the game, it's fast, dynamic and most of all great fun. Our training sessions are open to both men and women, no experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome to join in including those who have never touched a rugby ball.
