2 very different physiques, the same mindset 🤷🏻♂️
Looking at the first picture, you’d assume I wasn’t bothered about training or nutrition,
Looking at the second picture, you’d probably assume I was tracking every little calorie, and not doing anything but training
But the truth is in both pictures I was focused on my goals and stayed disciplined, whilst still enjoying meals out and having treats when I wanted 🤷🏻♂️
If you want to achieve your fitness goals whilst still having a social life, you need to make some sacrifices obviously, but you don’t need to let it rule your life 😅
I would rather get where I want to be at a slower pace and enjoy myself, and enjoying the journey 🙌🏼
