The Wellbeing Hub is a place where adults can find trauma informed, compassionate, emotional support in many forms - through (online or in-person) counselling, coaching sessions, evidence based educational programmes & less formal wellbeing activities Whether that is through traditional counselling, bespoke coaching sessions, or an evidence based educational programme. Dealing with grief, loss and change is not a 'one size fits all' process which is why we offer a range of support services.

✨ BIG NEWS FOR OUR COMMUNITY! ✨

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that The Wellbeing Hub has received vital funding from the Eric Wright Group!

Thanks to their incredible support, we will be launching a fully funded 12-week Grief Course designed to offer a safe, gentle, and supportive space for anyone navigating loss.

💛 Understanding Loss in All Its Forms
When we think of grief, we often only think of bereavement. But grief is much wider than that. This course is for anyone processing the profound grief that comes with life-altering changes, including:

* Bereavement and the loss of a loved one
* Divorce or the end of a significant relationship
* A life-changing health diagnosis
* Redundancy or the loss of a career/identity

Grief can feel incredibly isolating, but you do not have to walk this path alone. Over the 12 weeks, this course will provide professional guidance, shared understanding, and practical tools to help you process your journey at your own pace.

🗓 When: Starts Tues 22nd Sept 10am-11.30am
📍 Where: The Wellbeing Hub, FY4 2DP
💶 Cost: Completely FREE
