Ladies only bjj classes are on every Saturday from 09:30 to 10:30🥋 All levels, all clubs are welcome!

Hey!!! Lee is going to be doing an open mat from Sunday 11th at 11am at Ippon gym, here are the details!!....
From 11th November
11:00-12:30

Ladies Only Training.
£5 (Free for Ippon membership holders)

This will be an opportunity to train and roll with other girls.

Season will be run in this format:

•Light Warm Up

•Movement Drills

•Technique sharpening (open forumn giving chance to work on any specifc techniques / work out details or if no-one has any suggestions I will have a technique of the day to practice).

•Sparing.

•Cool down.

Women from any affiliation welcome.

Beginners also especially welcome (bring a friend!)

Plan is to run this on a monthly basis.
