T1D Client Transformation Journey➡️
Kyle was struggling to see the progress he wanted with his physique
Being a Type 1 Diabetic, he’d always feared what came with eating more food…
Higher Insulin requirements
Unpredictable blood glucose levels
Less control
Building muscle with T1 isn’t just about eating more if glucose levels are left unmanaged📈
Making nutrient uptake, partitioning, recovery and overall progress less effective
Here’s how Kyle was able to build a stage-ready physique, placing top 5 in his first men’s physique competition and maintain control of his management👉

I could not be more impressed and proud of how executed, on and off stage, over the past 5 months.
Stepping up to the most competitive federation in a high standard open class takes a lot of courage in your first ever competitive season.
Yesterday the expectations were to present an improved package, gain more experience and see how we compared next to what is essentially the cream of the crop.
Nicole undeniably achieved exactly what we set out for🎯
Proving not only what she can accomplish with T1 Diabetes, but that she belongs in Wellness and still being very young in this sport has a lot of potential with more time.
Now it’s time to transition into a solid offseason and do some growing - let’s go! 🦵🔥

Stagnant to Shredded 🔥
At the end of last year, Paul reached out to me feeling like a lot of people do…
Stagnant. Doing the same old thing. Training hard but lacking a goal that truly challenged him.Needing something to kick him into gear.
Now, Paul wasn’t a beginner. He’d previously completed photoshoots, had years of training experience behind him and knew what hard work looked like.
But he doubted what shape he could realistically achieve at 61 years old.
And if we’re honest, many people start telling themselves a similar story.
“I’m too old.”
“My best years are behind me.”
“It’s harder for me now.”
But age wasn’t Paul’s limitation. His approach was.
The challenge was never getting him into the gym or making him work harder… if anything, it was the opposite.
Years of fast-paced, circuit-style training meant we needed to pull things back and focus on what would actually maximise his physique.
Paul is someone who can comfortably get by on very little food, so initially we had to work on building his nutrition up to properly support his training demands and recovery.
Changing habits you’ve followed for years is rarely easy. But despite the challenges, Paul trusted the process.
And that’s exactly why he got the result he did.
Since starting his Camera Cut Project journey at the beginning of this year, he’s gone all in.
No half measures, shortcuts or excuses. Just full commitment to becoming the best version of himself.
The outcome? 13kg lost in his best shape he’s been in years, exceeding his own expectations🔥
Most importantly, he proved to himself that it’s never too late to achieve something you’re proud of.
Paul is proof that age doesn’t determine your potential. Could not be prouder of you, my man. An unbelievable result 👊
“I had my own expectations of how this journey would pan out, but you took me way beyond. Thank you for all your professional hard work you put in, you truly are dedicated to the community of bodybuilding and fitness. A memorable experience!”
If you’ve been feeling stuck, stagnant or telling yourself it’s too late to make a serious transformation…
Maybe it’s time to challenge that belief.

Setting New Standards🤌
At the beginning of last year, .alexander6 reached out to me with the goal of feeling better in himself and improving his body composition.
The thing is, Alex wasn’t new to training. He’d spent plenty of time in the gym, worked with a coach before and wasn’t a stranger to hard work.
But despite the effort he was putting in, the results weren’t matching the input. And that’s where a lot of people find themselves stuck…
Training isn’t usually the problem. It’s everything that happens outside of the gym.
For Alex, the biggest bottleneck was nutrition.
So that’s exactly where we started creating a realistic food structure around his work, social life and day-to-day commitments.
Not a plan that worked Monday-Friday and fell to sh*t at the weekend. A plan he could consistently follow 7 days a week.
Alex built a lot of momentum early on and successfully lost 10kg. But despite the progress, he still wasn’t where he wanted to be. And progress started to slow.
Because the reality is. what gets you from A ➡️ B doesn’t always get you from B ➡️ C.
Although his habits had improved massively, he’ll admit there were still areas being left on the table.
➡️ Eyeballing portions, guesstimating calories, loose weekends & recovery not being fully prioritised.
I knew Alex had more potential. He just needed something that would challenge him to fully commit and prove to himself what he was capable of.
That’s where Camera Cut Project came into the picture 📸
Since starting photoshoot prep at the beginning of this year, the shift in Alex’s mindset has been incredible to watch.
His attention to detail, consistency and willingness to go above and beyond.
In the 18 months we’ve worked together, these last 4 months have been the most impactful by far.
Fast forward from January:
🔥 17kg lost
🔥 5 inches off his waist
🔥 Best shape of his life
More importantly...A physique and level of confidence he genuinely didn’t think was possible when we first started.
Incredibly well deserved, mate. Proud of you bro 👊
“Thank you so so much for all your support and guidance! Best shape of my life and can’t wait for what’s next!”
