We’re officially in that mid-week half term chaos where:
🤪 routines don’t really exist
🍦 snacks and easy meals are everywhere
🚗 days out take over the day
😴 everyone’s a bit more tired than usual
🥵 and honestly… we’re all just trying to survive this heatwave too
And that’s real life right now.
Instead of trying to “fix” the week or wait for Monday, just focus on the basics:
✔️ move your body when you can
✔️ get outside for some fresh air
✔️ drink your water
✔️ eat balanced meals where possible
✔️ stop trying to “make up for” anything
You do NOT need a perfect week to stay on track.
Half term, heatwaves, busy days, tired kids, disrupted routines… it’s all part of life.
Fitness shouldn’t only work when life is calm and structured - it has to work in the chaos too 🫶
