Ay como el agua! When Feeling emotional, the water element takes over , you give yourself some fire, nothing is better than Flamenco for that purpose , you can allow this transmutation from the comfort of your living room.
Water is constant movement , in a sinuous journey, if retained it would flood , you can not bottle up your feelings and expect not explosion. Fire is expansive, expressive, breaks everything and releases the water within.
