RE:ENERGISE
Turn up the heat! Re:Energise is our spiciest reformer pilates offering. Expect a dynamic and fiery class with an upbeat tempo, and plenty of strengthening work. This is an intermediate class with advanced reformer options offered. Enjoy the burn and leave feeling Re:Energised.

RE:FORM
An excellent all-rounder class; Re:Form is an inclusive, all-levels reformer pilates class aimed at improving core strength, balance and posture. You will be guided through a variety of coordinated full body movements to Re:Form your body and improve alignment. Leave feeling taller, stronger (and slightly sweatier!)

REFORMER BASICS
If you’re looking for a place to start, this is it. Reformer Basics is a slower paced class aimed at beginners, those recovering from injury or those looking to simplify their practice. You will get to know your way around the reformer bed and exactly how it can be used. Expect to work hard, but with more oversight and hands-on guidance from our team.

Join us for a big exhale in this extended yin class. Expect 75 minutes of floor-based poses, held between 3-5 minutes each. There are no down dogs or sun salutations here and no experience of yoga is needed. Prepare to be guided through about 6 or 7 poses in the whole class that are held in stillness, using the bolsters, bricks and blankets in the studio to support our bodies. We'll close the class with a juicy, long savasana and be prepared to tumble into bed for a good night's sleep afterwards.
