1-5k (with someone doing an extra lap for a 3.5k after losing count!) completed in 1 hour 10 minutes . Beautiful day for it

What a beautiful day to be outdoors, morning of skills and drills followed by a stretching / mobility session with .fox distance session coming up this afternoon and the age old question- who will push John off the paddle board first?

Week two and what a change from last week The LAKE at South West Maritime Academy - 3 degree temp increase on the water - Claire chasing swimmers around with bottles of sun cream and John wanting to be pushed off his paddle board!

5 spaces on development day on Wednesday still left if any swimmers wanting a training day / chance to cool off!

Reminder for any swimmers coming tomorrow - do not bring your dogs (including in cars!) . We will have to report anyone doing this to the venue

Our development day bookings are now half full - only 10 spaces remaining !

Our last 2 May sessions have been busy with swimmers aiming at Swim England - South West regional campaigns, resulting in us having 5 attendees from this go to nationals!
