Zara is a passionate Pilates instructor, trained in both Reformer and mat Pilates with a strong foundation in classical reformer technique.
Her teaching style blends contemporary and classical Pilates repertoire, creating dynamic classes designed to challenge, strengthen, and transform. Zara’s style is inclusive with plenty of variations and modifications to suit all levels. Alongside her Pilates expertise.
Zara also an experienced Yoga teacher and holds over 300 hours of certified yoga training, bringing a mindful, balanced approach to every session.
