Leannes ultimate goal is pull ups, we needed to break this down into achievable milestones and assisted chin ups was the 1st part.
Upper Strength & grip has been the main focus of our sessions, and Leanne has also been incorporating upper isometric holds & pulls in her pilates practice too (you can be both a strength & pilates girlie ✌🏽)
Your dedication to this is brilliant and i absolutely love having you in my gym 🩷

It should, as they have been a huge part of February
However, it’s rare (as my instagram shows) that i film them.
It doesnt occur to me to do so.
Some come to me because they want privacy , others dont mind either way…
Maybe I should film more?? What do you think?

Half the workout is stripping clothing layers off and rolling plates around anyway.
Extra movement = extra warmth — and warm glutes work way better. 🍑🔥

Anyone else feel like they need a little switch up with their training??
As a PT i create STRUCTURE for other people and whilst on holiday i realised my own work out split needed a re-jig
Yes i consistently go to the gym & include rest days but…
CONSISTENCY, STRUCTURE & REST together is what its about👌🏾
