There’s something really special about this part of the session 💛

Yesterday, after class, these lovely mums stayed chatting about mum life…

Cluster feeding, poorly babies, sleep (or lack of it!).

And then they started planning a walk together outside of the class 🥹

This is only the second time they’ve all met… and already that sense of “you’re not alone in this” is there.

Yes, we focus on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor…

But this part? The connection, the support, the shared understanding - it matters just as much ❤️

✔️ Learning how to breathe and manage pressure properly
✔️ Building strength in a safe, progressive way
✔️ Functional movements to support real mum life

Because let’s be honest - you don’t just need to “exercise”…

Each session is:
