🧡 Food 🧡
I love food and so do all my clients, but there is one thing that this particular person wanted to work on…weight loss.
What I did was ask her to write down everything she usually ate and drank over the week so I had some understanding of what that looked like.
I then made some swaps…adding in more volume food and explained to her how to log and track it all.
She (who I won’t name) has lost 3kg in one week, she feels fuller and has more energy 🧡
I am excited to see where this leads her but I am so happy I could help, there has been a few arhhhh yea I get it now moments 🤭

Go in there, you won’t regret it. It’s hard to do it though if you haven’t got a plan and you wonder around not knowing where / what to do…
Go in for 10 minutes a time, there is nothing wrong with bodyweight work or even just using one machine.
Celebrate yourself for going in there ☺️
Go in there again in a few days time - make it happen 🚀
By the time you have walked through the door a few times, you will gain more confidence 🫶🏻
And over a few months you will feel more comfortable and you will find that you’re in there longer and longer. You will be STRONGER 💪🏻🔥

Listen, it’s not easy to start. It’s far from easy working through injury / stress / life, it also isn’t easy coming back to fitness after a period of time off, and your going round the same cycle of “I’ll start when…”
My coaching approach is we start STRONG where YOU are at now, not where you were before kids, your busy work schedule or even when you used to go in the gym.

🧡 60 Miles of Cycling 🧡
So so proud, I nearly cried at the end 🫶🏻 and here is the low down.
First 35 miles was great, felt achievable and was comfortable on a bike I had only rode up and down our road 🤭 so this bit was just knowing the bike and feeling all my gears!!
From around 45 miles it was so damn hard. I had got cramp at around 40 miles and unable to shake it off so from 45 miles we had to stop every 5 miles to stretch, drink a load of water and carry on. Honestly, could have given up at this point. My head was telling me to stop!!
My hubby - my biggest cheerleader kept me pushing the last 15-20 miles. And when we were on that home straight I started welling up. Pushing myself to get that last bit done was hard work. My body was tired, my brain was telling me to stop but I kept pushing and finished under the time that I had set for myself 💪🏻, a testament to myself that I can do the hard stuff still and push myself out of my comfort zone!!
I didn’t do any specific training for this, but with the help of & keeping me strong and fuelled and for winter riding spin classes I got there 🤭 thankyou to all of you. An amazing day had with only the best 🤗 x

Let’s all help and encourage each other to be ourselves, to continue the journey we are on.
Create lasting habits to get STRONGER.
The month of January can be quite overwhelming, and it’s ok if we haven’t quite found our feet yet. But if you do want change without it being too much I suggest taking the pressure off and creating small meaningful habits or changes.
I know I am….I have two goals:
1 - One run a week
2 - Eating 5 x fruits and veggies a day
These are my January goals, nothing big just easy and sustainable 🧡☺️ xx
