We are delighted to announce that Shidoshi Gina has been selected to represent Great Britain as a member of the ISKA GB Team at this year's ISKA World Championships in Madrid, Spain.

To earn the opportunity to compete on the world stage is a tremendous achievement and recognition of the dedication, commitment and passion that Gina brings to her training and coaching every single week.

Not only is Gina an outstanding competitor, but she is also a valued leader, mentor and role model within the Adrenaline Martial Arts family. Her selection to Team GB is thoroughly deserved and is the result of years of hard work, perseverance and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

We are beyond proud to announce that Bryony, from our Dry Drayton HQ Dojo, has been selected to represent Great Britain at the WAKO Youth World Championships in Jesolo, Italy this September.

This is an incredible achievement and a reflection of the hard work, dedication, commitment and perseverance Bryony has shown both on and off the mats. To earn a place on Team GB and compete against the very best young athletes from around the world is a tremendous honour and one that is thoroughly deserved.

Bryony's journey has been built on countless hours of training, determination to improve, and the courage to step outside of her comfort zone in pursuit of excellence. She continues to be a fantastic role model for the even younger students within our academy and an inspiration to everyone around her.

Whilst the school is closed for the May Half Term break, the work behind the scenes never stops…

Our High Performance Squad got together this morning for an extra training session to keep their skills sharp and continue building towards the upcoming competition season.

Champions are built in these sessions. Extra hours, extra effort, extra focus.

With major events on the horizon, the team are continuing to push standards, support each other and make sure they stay competition ready.

Only three athletes on the mat this morning at our High Performance Squad session due to sickness and injuries… but what a session 🔥

Sometimes the smallest sessions produce the biggest improvements. No distractions, no hiding, just focused hard work and high level training from start to finish.

The attitude, effort and intensity this morning was outstanding. Every round had purpose. Every drill had intent. This is what progression looks like.
