Another fantastic day comes to an end. We have had ages 6 to 79yrs old in today. What a great atmosphere and is apt . We ended the day with a real tough Tabatta class and have to say a huge well done to everyone who took part and blitzed it 🔥🔥🔥 effort was unreal and huge thanks to who has joined our team and added some new exercises to tonight class 💪💪 we are ready for 5.00am opening and 6.00am boxing class.
