Of course £10,000 a month sounds unrealistic if you've never earned anything close to it.
Of course buying the house feels unrealistic when you've never had enough for the deposit.
Of course running a successful business feels unrealistic when right now you're wondering where the bloody clients are. 😂
Of course financial freedom feels like something that happens to OTHER people when most of your experience with money has involved worrying about it.
That's what makes this interesting.
Because sometimes we confuse:
UNFAMILIAR
with:
IMPOSSIBLE.
Your brain has plenty of evidence for what you've already experienced.
The salary you've always earned.
The amount you've usually had in your bank account.
The jobs you've had.
The clients you've attracted.
The financial problems you've dealt with.
The life you've lived up until now.
So when you imagine something completely different, of course part of you might go:
“Yeah... that's not happening.”
But stop there for a second.
Do you actually KNOW that?
Or does it simply feel difficult to imagine because you've never experienced it before?
There's an enormous difference between:
“I've never experienced this.”
and:
“This isn't possible for me.”
And no, this doesn't mean that everything you want is automatically achievable just because you believe in it.
I'm not going to promise you that.
It means your past doesn't necessarily get to make every decision about your future.
You can learn something you've never known.
Make money in a way you've never tried.
Meet people you haven't met yet.
Create opportunities that don't currently exist.
Change a behaviour.
Build a skill.
Make a different decision.
Ask for more.
Do something the version of you from five years ago wouldn't have done.
And slowly create evidence for something new.
So you don't need to force yourself to say:
“I KNOW I'm going to have everything I want.”
Start smaller.
“Maybe unfamiliar doesn't mean impossible.”
Because sometimes the life you want doesn't feel unrealistic because it IS unrealistic.
It feels unrealistic because you've never lived it before.
If you know you want more financially but part

I help determined women redefine the vision of their life in order to reach their full potential.
You have absolutely no idea what could be different six months from now.
And I don't mean that in a:
✨ “One magical opportunity is going to appear and completely transform your life!” ✨
kind of way.
I mean that life can change through a series of things you couldn't possibly have predicted from where you're standing today.
You make one decision.
That creates a conversation.
The conversation creates an opportunity.
The opportunity introduces you to somebody.
That person gives you an idea.
You act on the idea.
You get your first client.
That gives you enough confidence to go after another.
Your income starts changing.
And suddenly you're making decisions that weren't even available to you six months earlier.
Or perhaps it starts with a no.
No, I don't want to keep doing this.
No, I'm not accepting that anymore.
No, I don't want my life to look like this for another five years.
And that one decision starts changing what you do next.
That's the bit we can't see when we feel stuck.
We look at our life TODAY and unconsciously use it as evidence for what tomorrow is going to look like.
Same income.
Same job.
Same problems.
Same circumstances.
Same life.
But today's circumstances don't contain every person you're going to meet, every decision you're going to make, every opportunity you're going to encounter or every version of yourself you're still capable of becoming.
Sometimes nothing changes for ages.
And then one thing changes — and suddenly other things can start moving too.
So if life feels frustratingly bloody static at the moment, don't assume that means it always will.
And if you KNOW you want something to change — particularly around money, work, business or the kind of life you're creating — but you keep finding yourself stuck at the point of actually doing something differently, DM me CHANGE.
There may be something underneath that stuckness that we can explore and work on together in a 1:1 session. 💚
Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.
Have you stopped letting yourself get excited about the life you want because you're scared of being disappointed again?
I think this can happen so quietly.
You haven't necessarily given up.
You're still going to work.
Still thinking about the business.
Still trying to sort the money.
Still imagining the house.
Still wanting more freedom.
Still thinking:
“There has GOT to be more for me than this.”
But you've stopped letting yourself really believe in it.
Because you've believed before.
You've tried before.
You've got excited before.
And things haven't always worked out the way you hoped.
So eventually a protective little voice appears:
“Don't get your hopes up.”
Don't want it too much.
Don't expect too much.
Don't get too excited.
Because then, if nothing changes...
maybe it won't hurt as much.
And THAT'S what today's tapping is about.
Not pretending everything is wonderful.
Not forcing yourself to believe your dream life is definitely around the corner.
Not telling you that if you just think positively enough, everything you want will appear.
Just asking:
Could I let myself hope again?
Could my financial situation change?
Could the business work?
Could I earn more?
Could I find a different career?
Could an opportunity appear that I haven't considered?
Could I create a life that feels completely different from this one?
You don't need the answer today.
You don't need a guarantee.
But perhaps you also don't need to use past disappointment as proof of what's possible in your future.
Sometimes we think we've stopped believing in what we want...
when actually we've just become frightened of being disappointed again.
And if you read that and thought “Oh s**t. That's me”, DM me HOPE.
If fear, disappointment or old patterns are making it difficult to move towards what you want, we can explore what's underneath that together in a 1:1 session. 💚
Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.
Have you noticed how often you experience the disappointment BEFORE anything has actually happened?
You're launching something:
“Nobody will buy it.”
You apply for the job:
“I won't get it.”
You send the message:
“They won't be interested.”
Money comes in:
“Something will happen and it'll disappear.”
You look at something you really want:
“I'll never be able to afford that.”
And your brain has already written the ending.
This isn't about pretending everything is going to work out perfectly.
And it DEFINITELY isn't:
“Don't have negative thoughts because you'll attract bad things.”
You can worry.
You can doubt.
You can be scared.
What I want you to notice is when:
“I'm worried this might happen”
quietly becomes:
“This IS what's going to happen.”
Because those are very different things.
If you're already convinced nobody will buy, how does that affect the way you show up and sell?
If you've already decided you'll be rejected, does it make you less likely to ask in the first place?
If you've already decided you'll never make more money, which opportunities do you dismiss before you've even explored them?
This is why I love one ridiculously simple sentence:
“I don't actually know what's going to happen yet.”
Not:
“Everything will be amazing.”
Not:
“I'm definitely going to get what I want.”
Just:
I. Don't. Know. Yet.
Because you don't need to force yourself into certainty about a positive outcome.
You can simply stop being so certain about the negative one.
And suddenly there's a little bit of room again.
For a yes.
For somebody to buy.
For an opportunity.
For more money.
For something to go better than you expected.
For an outcome you hadn't even considered.
You don't know yet.
If your brain has a habit of deciding how badly things will go before you've even given yourself the chance to find out, DM me MAYBE.
We can explore what's underneath that pattern and work on it together in a 1:1 session. 💚
Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.
You don't have to lie to yourself to practise the Law of Assumption.
This is one of my biggest problems with the way some manifestation advice gets presented.
You're struggling financially and somebody tells you:
“Just assume you're already wealthy.”
Right.
Meanwhile you're checking your bank account thinking:
“I am quite clearly NOT wealthy, Susan.” 😂
So now, instead of feeling expansive and abundant, you're having an argument with yourself.
I don't think that's particularly useful.
I'd rather start with the assumption you already have.
Maybe it's:
“I'll always struggle with money.”
“I'm just not somebody who makes a lot of money.”
“I'll never own the house I really want.”
“It's too late to change my financial situation.”
“Other people can do it, but I can't.”
Those are assumptions too.
And instead of forcing yourself all the way to:
✨ “I'M FINANCIALLY FREE!” ✨
what if you simply stopped treating the opposite as fact?
Maybe your current income isn't permanent.
Maybe you're capable of creating more.
Maybe an opportunity could appear that you don't currently know about.
Maybe you could make a decision next year that you haven't even considered today.
Maybe your financial life at 50 could look completely different from your financial life at 47.
You don't KNOW.
And that's the point.
For me, this isn't about pretending your current circumstances don't exist.
It's about becoming willing to see yourself, your circumstances and your future differently.
Because the stories we believe about what's possible for us can influence the opportunities we notice, the things we're willing to try, the conversations we have and the actions we take.
So perhaps you don't need to force yourself to believe:
“Everything I want is definitely going to happen.”
Start here:
“Maybe I've been too certain that it can't.”
And see what opens up from there.
If you want a different financial future but every time you imagine making more money, keeping more money or creating a bigger life something inside you immediately goes “yeah, right”, DM me BELIEVE.
That's the kind of belief and emotional pattern we can ex
Sometimes the real luxury isn't what you can buy.
It's what you can choose.
I talk a lot about wanting more money here.
And I don't think we need to pretend that money is everything.
It isn't.
Money doesn't guarantee happiness.
It doesn't prevent grief.
It doesn't make relationships perfect.
It doesn't magically fix your life.
But do you know what money CAN give you?
Options.
Maybe more money means you can finally leave the job you've been desperate to get out of.
Maybe it means working four days instead of five.
Maybe it's buying the house.
Maybe it's having savings behind you so one unexpected expense doesn't terrify you.
Maybe it's getting some help instead of having to do absolutely everything yourself.
Maybe it's starting the business.
Investing in something you really want to create.
Travelling.
Taking your family away.
Helping your children.
Paying for something that makes your life easier.
Buying something completely unnecessary simply because it brings you joy.
Saying yes to an opportunity.
Or having enough financial security to say:
“Actually... no.”
And THAT is one of the reasons I think women are allowed to unapologetically want more money.
Not because having the biggest number in your bank account makes you more successful, more worthy or more important.
But because money can affect the choices available to you.
And if what you really want is:
More freedom.
More security.
More experiences.
More independence.
More control over your time.
More ability to choose what happens next...
then yes.
More money may be part of the life you're trying to create.
And you're allowed to want that.
If you want more financial options but every time you think about creating more money you notice the same fear, guilt, doubt or old patterns appearing, DM me OPTIONS.
That's where the work I do comes in.
We can explore what's underneath those patterns and work on them together in a 1:1 session. 💚
Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.
I've got a money experiment for you — and you only need £10.
Take £10 that you would ordinarily spend this week...
and don't.
Keep it.
That's literally the experiment. 😂
Don't invest it.
Don't try to double it.
Don't move it around seventeen different bank accounts trying to optimise it.
And definitely don't sit staring at it trying to manifest another £10.
Just...
let it stay.
Because here's what I'm actually interested in.
What happens in your head when you think about keeping £10?
Do you immediately think:
“It's only a tenner.”
“That's hardly saving.”
“What's the point?”
THAT'S what I want you to notice.
Because if you're trying to create a different relationship with money but every small piece of progress gets dismissed because it isn't big enough...
you're not letting your progress count.
So when your brain says:
“It's only £10.”
answer:
“Yes. And I'm practising keeping money.”
We're not pretending £10 is going to transform your finances.
It isn't.
We're practising a behaviour.
Money came in.
You didn't spend all of it.
Some stayed.
At the end of the week, you have a tiny piece of real evidence:
“I kept £10.”
And whatever you do, don't immediately follow that with:
“BUT...”
😂
Let the evidence count.
Then perhaps you do it again.
And eventually the question isn't:
“Can I magically become somebody who's brilliant with money?”
It's:
“What small financial behaviours can I practise consistently?”
Because making more money matters.
But becoming more comfortable actually HAVING and KEEPING some of what you make matters too.
So — who's doing THE £10 MONEY EXPERIMENT with me?
Comment I'M IN and come back at the end of the week and tell me whether your £10 is still there. 👀
And if this brings up something deeper — you make money but struggle to keep it, having savings makes you uncomfortable, or money always seems to disappear — DM me KEEP.
We can explore your individual patterns around money and work on them together in a 1:1 session. 💚
Follow me because I'm helping you get your subconscious mind on board so you can create the life you want.
How often do you automatically say “I can't afford it” before you've actually asked what would need to change?
And let me make something VERY clear before we continue. 😂
Sometimes:
“I can't afford that.”
is an accurate and financially sensible answer.
I'm not suggesting you book a £3,000 holiday you can't pay for and tell Mastercard you're working on your abundance mindset.
Absolutely not. 😂
I'm talking about the automatic response:
“I can't afford it.”
End of conversation.
Instead, try asking:
“What would need to happen for me to afford it?”
Let's say you want that £3,000 holiday.
What would need to happen?
Could you save £250 a month for a year?
Could you increase your income?
Could you create an additional offer in your business?
Could you sell something?
Could you move the trip back six months?
Could you choose a different version?
Could you find another way of creating the money?
And after asking all those questions, you may STILL decide:
“No. It's not affordable right now.”
Fine.
But notice what's happened.
You haven't automatically turned something you want into:
“That's not for people like me.”
You've looked at your options.
And this is where I think our conversations around money need to include something else.
We spend a LOT of time talking about cutting back.
Spend less.
Cancel this.
Stop buying that.
Budget harder.
And yes, managing what you've got matters.
But there's a limit to how much you can cut.
At some point, another question becomes available:
How could I create more money?
Could you earn more?
Ask for more?
Change jobs?
Create something?
Get another client?
Learn something?
Take an opportunity you'd previously dismissed?
That's the part that interests me.
Not pretending money limitations don't exist.
But also not automatically treating your current financial situation as the permanent boundary of what's available to you.
“I can't afford it” ends the conversation.
“What would need to happen for me to afford it?” opens one.
And if you realise your automatic response to the things you really want is always “That's too expensive / I can't / that's not fo
“I really thought I'd be further along by now.”
God, that thought can hurt.
You thought you'd be earning more by now.
You thought you'd own the house.
You thought you'd have savings.
You thought the business would be further along.
You thought you'd have the career sorted.
You thought you'd feel more secure.
You thought that by this point in your life you'd finally feel like:
“Yes. I've bloody got somewhere.”
And then you look around.
Someone else is buying the house.
Someone else is earning the money.
Someone else's business is flying.
Someone else seems to have figured out the thing you're still trying to figure out.
And suddenly you're not only unhappy with where you are.
You're thinking:
“Have I left it too late?”
No.
Where you are today is where you are today.
It isn't evidence that this is where you're required to stay.
And I'm not going to give you some fluffy:
✨ “You're exactly where you're meant to be.” ✨
Maybe you DON'T want to be where you are.
You're allowed to admit that.
You're allowed to look at your life and say:
“Actually, I want something different.”
More money.
A different career.
A successful business.
The house.
More freedom.
More experiences.
More security.
Whatever different means to you.
The important thing is not turning:
“I haven't got there yet”
into:
“So I never will.”
Those are two completely different statements.
You haven't missed your chance to make a different decision.
To change a pattern.
To learn.
To ask.
To try.
To earn more.
To create something.
To start again.
And you definitely haven't missed your chance to want more for yourself.
If you know you want a different life but part of you keeps whispering “You've left it too late now”, DM me LATE.
