I also offer classes for new mums looking to return to exercise after pregnancy and childbirth โ and baby is welcome too, so no need to worry about childcare ๐ถ

A snapshot following this morningโs postnatal Pilates class. ๐ค
Mums gathered around the table for coffee and conversation, prams parked up, and the big baby playmat set out on the floor for little ones to stretch and wriggle. Itโs a simple setup, but these mornings are always a highlight. ๐ถ๐ผ ๐งธ
This week we were joined by Jas from who talked us through the benefits of baby massage and answered lots of thoughtful questions. At the end of each term I invite someone in to share something that feels genuinely useful โ weโve previously welcomed Alex from , Helen of , and Ellen, , a specialist womenโs health physio.
We come together for Pilates, but the classes are also about connection, support and meeting other mums.
Iโm adding an extra postnatal class starting Tuesday 24th February at 10:30am.
