Well howdy 🤠🫶🏻✨

It’s been a WHILE since I’ve done one of these & theres lots of new gorgeous faces here

So I thought I’d fill you in a lil bit on how I got here - as it wasn’t the path I thought I’d originally take ( fun fact - I wanted to be a vet 🤣)

Grateful for every gorgeous soul I’ve met along the way so far 🏋️‍♀️🫶🏻✨

Casual 77km bike ride last weekend 🚴🏻‍♀️

And honestly? Mentally, this one challenged me more than physically.

Being the only girl in the group, the least experienced, and rocking up on my ‘dinosaur’ bike as toms renamed it 🤣… there were definitely moments where I felt intimidated and like I shouldn’t really be there.

But I guess that’s the whole point of trying something new.

Nobody starts as the expert.
We’re all beginners at some point.

What makes me proud is looking back at where I started — because last summer I couldn’t even do 30km without my back going into full blown spasm .

So for all the strength work, rehab, fitness and consistency to have paid off enough for me to complete a 77km ride as only my SECOND ride of the year… that’s actually a huge achievement.

And while there’s definitely still a massive drive in me to improve (those that know me know I’m annoyingly determined when it comes to sport 🤣) I’m also really trying to focus on the positives instead of only focusing on where I’m lacking.

Because if I’m not great at something yet?
Cool. Give me 6 months to a year and let me change that 🤝

Massively grateful to ride with people who have a fountain of knowledge, endless patience, and who’ve done nothing but support and encourage me 🫶🏻

(Although I equally know they’ll appreciate me getting a bit speedier 🤣)

Here’s to a summer of getting speedier & stronger 🚲

And never being afraid of new challenges !

An utterly gorgeous trip switching off & exploring with my favourite human 💕

These homemade bagels SO GOOD 🥯

And so simple !

- 190g Greek yog 0% fat
- 200g plain flour

Mixey mixey

Make into bagel shapes

Paint with egg

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top

Then air fry for 15 mins on 180 ( or oven bake but time might vary slightly )

I sporadically tried these at 11pm one Friday night & then proceeded to eat 3 of them… so can confirm… they’re worth it and so quick 🤣

SAVE and give them a go !!! 🫶🏻✨

GAME CHANGER ✨

I’ve used these for my breakfast muffins for a few weeks now & they’re SO GOOD

And literally so simple -

- 200g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
- 190g white flour

Mixey mixey

Form into lil bagel shapes

Brush with some egg

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top

And air fry for 15 mins …..

SIMPLE & so damn yummy !

Give it a save & give it a go 😍🫶🏻✨
