What a day for the Pharaohs at the super hot Harringtons tournament! ☀️🔥
We started the tournament really well with a win against Braintree. It took us a little while to get into our normal rhythm, but once we settled in we played some really good netball.
Our third game was a rematch against Flames Monsoon. We were winning by one goal at half time and worked really hard, but unfortunately we lost by 3 goals in the end. It just wasn’t our game today.
We came back strong and won our final games, which meant we finished 2nd overall! 🥈
Every single girl played amazingly in the blistering heat. There were some brilliant interceptions, rebounds and goals throughout the tournament, and the determination and teamwork could be seen all over the court.
So proud of all the girls today — bring on next week! 💙❤️

Kats Tournament
U13 - 1st Place Conquerors Pharoahs
17.05.2026
Match Report by Scarlett G
We were all feeling a little tired after our very successful Fusion tournament yesterday, but we were ready to give the Kats Rally our all!
We played 15 matches, starting with Kats Twisters, where we got a great 12–4 win. It was the perfect game for everyone to warm up and wake up 😁
We carried our winning streak right through the afternoon. I think we were most nervous about playing Flames Red because we had never beaten them before — they are such a strong team. But that was all about to change! We won 8–5 🎉 It definitely wasn’t easy, but what an amazing achievement. Well done girls!
We kept winning all the way until our final game against Suffolk Rockets. By then we were understandably very tired, but at half time we were still in the lead. Unfortunately, we gave away a few centre passes and that was all it took. Even so, we never gave up and came away with a draw.
That result meant we held onto the top spot in the U13s and finished the tournament as Winners 🏆
Our defence was outstanding all day, with so many interceptions. The shooting was consistently accurate, and the support through mid-court never failed.
A huge thank you to Vicki for giving up your weekend to coach us girls. You believed in us and, for once, we listened 😉

Kats Tournament
U12 - 2nd place
17-May-26
Today we went to the Kats tournament full of glitter and face paint. We all played well, our combinations worked and we got lots of turnovers. We were on a winning streak until we played a much improved Braintree Panthers team, but we kept going and won the rest of our matches and only missed out on 1st place by one point.
Let’s build on this for the Skegness tournament girls. Go Mohawks!!

Fusion Alpha tournament
U15s Amazons
Winners
16th May 2026
We started off not playing our best with a few misplaced balls meaning we ended up drawing with Swans. We slowly built into the day with strong wins against Marines, Brookshaw and Magic Pink. This meant we finished top of our group and were playing Magic Black in the semis. It started goal for goal but we kept the intensity up meaning we were able to turn over ball and capitalise on them. With a strong win in the semis, we soon played Hornets in the final. We played good short passes working it patiently to goal. The defence stuck to their players and won lots of ball. Well done girls on the win.

Fusion U13 Tournament
Saturday 16th May
Pharaoh’s
What a great start to the tournament season the Pharaoh’s had today!
We played a total of 5 games in the group stage, winning all of our matches - what an achievement!
Our first match we played a little rusty and not like the team that we have the potential to be, but after a pep talk from Vicki, we improved our play and teamwork, which really paid off.
We had to win our last game to proceed to the semis - we were against Magic, who were a strong team - however with grit and determination, some super strong defending and on point shooting we won the game 17-11.
Every Single player put 110% in to all the games to get us through to the semis, where we played Essex Met. This started off a close game, however in the end we were able to turnover many of their center passes enabling us to win 11-5, pushing us through to the finals.
In the final we played Turnford, we have played them in the past and they defeated us so the pressure was on.
However ,this time it was a different story. The game was incredibly tight and at 1/2 time we were winning by 1 goal, however Turnford came back strong in the second half turning over a couple of our center passes.
The team did not give up, we showed great resilience throughout and this paid off as we won the game by one goal, final score being 15-14.
The entire team should be incredibly proud of their performance and what we have achieved, to top the day off we made Vicki cry… with happiness and pride we hope!
Well done girls and here’s to a great day tomorrow too!
Thank you to Caitlyn for joining us today and scoring some fab goals!
Special mention to Scarlett N (GK/GD) for winning player of the tournament!! Well deserved!
