We’re all sad to see you move away, but thrilled you’re starting a new chapter close to your first grandchild.

Steph has been an incredible part of our facility, always bringing energy, kindness, and commitment to every PT and Hybrid session. While we’ll miss seeing her in person, we’re proud she’ll continue with our Online Program and remain part of the FITEhealth family.

Since starting her role she’s been absolutely brilliant, recently completed her Personal Training course with coach Ben Warden

Casey is now putting together a brand‑new package aimed for new members who want to lose body fat, gain confidence, and learn how to lift correctly.
