Two moves from yesterday’s session.
With the Thruster you get a mash up of vertical push and horizontal push as well as a squat pattern.
With the single leg squat you get the balance, core and glute work.
In the words of William Butcher, these were diabolical!
I don’t even know what these are! However I started doing this exercise playing around in a workout the other day. I found them very challenging, they jacked my heart rate up and really tested my torso. Killer on the core.
The test is to grip the sh*t out of the half dome and keep the torso as tight as possible.
So I’ll be doing more. 😊
New exercise in my current 4 week program. I introduced this on Monday and something tells me it’s going to get spicy as the weeks progress. Loving integrating the into sessions at S3, it’s opened up a lot of new exercises.
