🌴 Day 123 / 100 ☀️

Over & out 😎

123 days ago, I started my own 100 Day Body project that I coach my clients through.. I’m 100% beyond happy I did this for myself.
So much more confident in myself & my clothes 🙏🏽

Now I’m going to enjoy a my daily few Hugo’s & some treats, but not go mad overboard and undone all my hard work.

There you go I said 🤐

This post is purely encouragement for those Mums that WANT to better themselves, their health, fitness & body composition.
If you don’t want the above - that’s absolutely ok the post is just not for you.

Another point - all of these measurements were after a dieting phase (including the pre kids).

So all you busy Mums on limited time & feeling restricted…please know you CAN make progress on fewer workouts p/week.

Next intake for 100 day Body project is October 5th

We came here for love 🤍 ☀️ ✨

Baby Sissy got married 🫶🏽🥹… and doesn’t she look INCREDIBLE! 🙌🏾

The most perfect day watching the most perfect couple seal the deal!

The love that oozes from these two, not just on their wedding day but all the time is beautiful.

Olivia, the purest, most genuine, positive little beauty who I have been so close to since she was a toddler and Kieran who I have got to know over the past 6 years, inspiring, caring & loves to throw himself a birthday party 🥳.. honored to be part of your special day 🫶🏽
(God throw me the mic 🎤 I should have done a speech)

Love you guys!

Gorgeous few days away with my Mum & Sister taking our little Bodhi away for his first holiday too 💛 👶🏼 ☀️
