Next week is Men's Health Week, and Rebel Rhythm Fitness is encouraging men to put their health and wellbeing first.

πΈ Monday - RockFit. 6.45pm at Hoole Community Centre. 45 minute session. Β£5. A mix of dance, combat and toning moves to indie, alternative and metal tuuuuunes. Let's rock π€
π Tuesday - Clubbercise. 7.45pm at Vicars Cross Community Centre. 1 hour session. Β£6, Dance & happy vibes. Easy to follow dance moves to club classics from 90s onwards. Let's Glow! β¨οΈ
