09:30 APPRECIATION 🤩
Over the years, our 09:30 classes have shaped into being supper friendly, super community based & great for seeing familiar faces with the same 15-30 Warriors attending daily 👌🏻
Our 09:30 classes are perfect for those working shift patterns, those who can train after the school run, those who work afternoons and of course, those who live the life of leisure 👀🤣
I’ll never forgot the days of having 5 Warriors turning up for the 09:30 class, now they look closer to an evening or 06:15 class
Love getting down to the gym from the school run and seeing this happy bunch 💪🏻

The commitment, work ethic and togetherness we’ve witnessed over the last 8 weeks is nothing short of AMAZING 💪🏻
When you’ve lived by certain habits and routines for years, it is VERY hard to make a change! Hard enough that most people are to scared to even try it, well not these Warriors!
If it was easy everyone would be doing it 🙈
Well done team, if you see these Warriors at the gym give them a pat on the back, it’s the least they deserve 👏🏻

Results like this don’t come easy, it takes some serious graft and big lifestyle changes!
When you’ve lived by certain habits and routine change is hard, VERY hard
Anyone can google a meal plan, anyone can google a training plan, but not everyone can do the work 🙈
So how do these Warriors manage to do it?
Firstly, by taking ACTION, they decided they’ve had enough of feeling how they currently feel and want to make a change
Secondly, they do so with a kick ass community to support them along the way
Thirdly, working with a professional coach for guidance and set nutrition & training targets
And fourthly, being held accountable through a team group chat and weekly 1-2-1 check ins

IT’S BEEN A WEEK ALREADY 😱
It’s officially been one week since a very short part of my story went live via the BBC across BBC Sounds , BBC iPlayer , the BBC News website and going live on BBC Breakfast 👌🏻
I can’t thank everyone enough for the support, from the messages and comments to those who have approached me out and about to say they have seen the story
As mentioned in the video, the response and feedback has been really positive. However, I do believe there’s a lot more for me to tell and dive into with my experience and therefor I’ll be taking another week to explore my options
This is something completely new to me and I don’t want to rush at the first opportunity like an excited kid at Christmas, I don’t want to only be this weeks news, it feels I have an opportunity to do something with my experience and I’m definitely open to finding out what that could be 👀
That being said, what better place to seek advice than social media? If anyone has any knowledge or experience with this type of thing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch 😊

A beginner friendly blend of Vinyasa flow and traditional Hatha yoga, this class combines movement, breathwork, strength, and relaxation to create a complete mind and body workout. Expect flowing sequences to build heat and improve mobility, alongside slower Hatha inspired postures that focus on alignment, balance, and flexibility
