We are thrilled to welcome Amy to the POWR team. Amy is an APPI-trained Pilates instructor who brings passion and expertise to her classes. She enjoys helping clients understand their bodies, build strength and move with confidence to improve posture, core and functional movement.
Amy’s classes are designed to create long term strength and ease in a supportive, encouraging space where every client can feel their progress. As a busy mum of 2, she knows how valuable even a small pocket of movement can be.
