WHAT A WAY TO SPEND A SUNDAY! 🔥

Yesterday, the studio was full of movement, determination and plenty of good energy as Maisy took the crew through Sunday Bootcamp. 💪

There were planks, strength work, plenty of sweat and a few moments where everyone probably wondered why they had agreed to this… 😂

But that’s the beauty of a great group session.
You start together.
You push together.
You laugh together.
And somehow, you finish stronger together.

And then comes the best part — seeing everyone come together for that post-workout photo. ❤️

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes at Prested.

Phones ringing.

A STRONG START TO THE WEEK 💪

Yesterday was Monday — and Andy wasted no time getting everyone moving!

From kettlebells and battle ropes to strength and conditioning exercises, Monday Circuits with Andy brought plenty of energy into the studio.

Different exercises.
Different challenges.
One great group working together.

There’s something special about seeing everyone putting in the effort, encouraging each other and getting stuck into the session.

And now?

Monday’s workout is done. ✔️
The week is officially underway.

⚠️ Temporary Closure – Power Issues

We’re sorry to let our Prested Club community know that we are currently experiencing intermittent power issues.

Unfortunately, Power Networks is carrying out a planned power cut that we had no prior knowledge of, meaning we need to keep the club closed until full power is restored.

We completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient this may be, especially for those who had plans to visit us today. We can only apologise — this situation is entirely outside of our control.

We’ll reopen as soon as full power has been restored and it is safe for the club to operate normally.

Meet Harry. 👋

Behind every great coach is a wealth of experience — and Harry brings a strong background in strength, conditioning and performance to the Prested Club team.

A graduate of St Mary’s University with a degree in Strength & Conditioning, Harry is also a BWL Level 2 Olympic Weightlifting Coach, with experience supporting everyone from people learning their first back squat to high-level hockey players through the English Ice Hockey Association.

What stands out is his ability to work with people at different stages of their fitness journey — helping them develop strength, improve performance and build confidence along the way.

Whether you’re new to strength training, looking to improve your technique, or working towards a specific performance goal, Harry is here to help you make progress.

Different goals. Different journeys. One supportive team.

And that’s what Prested Club is all about — real people, real expertise, and a community that helps you move forward. 💪
