Our SEND Physical Activity Lead, Kara, can often be found in here sending emails or taking 5 mins to chill 💜

Mark never gave up and look what he has achieved 🫶

Mark came to following a stroke to become stronger and to regain his independence and confidence. He has worked hard week after week, supported by our coaches and the smile at the end proves how worthwhile every session is 🫶
