Perspective is everything.

Change your outlook.
Change your OUTCOME.

The people who consistently look, feel and perform better aren’t necessarily more motivated than everyone else.

They’ve simply learned to view the same situations differently.

➡️ Training isn’t time lost — it’s productivity gained.

➡️ Healthy eating isn’t restrictive — it’s fuel.

➡️ Sleep isn’t optional — it’s a performance tool.

➡️ Movement isn’t a punishment — it’s stress management.

If you change the way you look at your habits…

You’ll often change the actions that follow.

Then, the outcome usually takes care of itself if you remain focused and consistent.

Let me know in the comments below which slide resonated with you most? ⬇️⬇️

What the Monaco Grand Prix teach us about health and fitness 🏎️

Success isn’t about just focusing on one thing or getting distracted by what’s going on around you.

it’s about managing your energy, recovering when needed, staying reliable under pressure and avoiding the mistakes that take you out of the race.

Just like in F1, your health is a long race.

Build a strong engine, look after your chassis and focus on making it to the chequered flag with a result you’re happy with 🏁.

As a coach, honesty is always the best policy.

Even if that causes momentary conflict or means someone decides they don’t want to work with me.

I’d rather do that than sell a someone a dream.

I never want to shut someone’s goals down.

I want to help them understand where they are currently at and what’s realistically required to achieve them.

Most people have a vague idea about what they need to do.

But more often than not they’re avoiding doing the work and instead focusing their attention on things that matter far less.

Like supplements, fitness classes, wearable tech and the latest hacks they’ve heard about.

Unfortunately it’s all about…

making changes.

improving your diet.

getting more sleep.

doing the required training.

consistently nailing the basics.

It’s being willing to do the things that aren’t always exciting, but actually move the needle.

My job isn’t to tell you what you want to hear.

It’s to show you what’s possible and to coach you on how to get there.

SKIN IN THE GAME.

Ever wonder why you’re not seeing progress training with a fresh-faced 20-year-old PT in your commercial gym…

The barrier to entry to become a PT or online coach has never been lower.

Anyone can complete a fast track course and start calling themselves a coach with no prior qualifications needed.

Many younger coaches go straight into working clients without truly understanding;

exercise selection, biomechanics, behaviour change, goal-specific nutrition advice, how to manage training around your client’s lifestyle and so on…

And just so we’re on the same page…

Copy-and-paste programmes and “follow my workouts” aren’t coaching.

If you’re a busy executive, founder or business owner you need someone with skin in the game.

Someone who understands your realities of stress, long hours, travel, family dynamics and responsibility.

Someone who understands how to meet you where you’re currently at and adapt with you along the way.

That’s why I spent 4 years coaching in a high-end health club and another 5 years running my own private studio before even considering taking clients online.

I’ve now delivered over 20,000 in-person coaching hours and invested thousands into a degree, courses, mentorships and continued professional development to ensure my clients get the highest level of coaching possible.

Because the results you’re seeking come from experience!

Not just a qualification.

Have your children ever seen you exercising before?

“I don’t have time to exercise because of my children”….

is one of the most common excuses I hear.

Often followed by…

“when you have them you’ll understand”.

Now I perfectly accept the majority of people are time scarce.

And having children and their additional schedules only amplifies this.

But your children don’t always have to be your barrier to exercise!

They can become part of your solution…

Especially if you exercise together!

Your workout doesn’t need to be perfect.

It doesn’t need to be in a gym.

And it definitely doesn’t need to happen without interruptions.

Train while they play around if they’re younger.

If they’re slightly older do bodyweight circuits or light weight sessions together.

Go for walks, short runs or bike rides together.

Because if your children never want to join in with you…

Ask yourself this…

Have they ever actually seen you exercise before?

Or have they only ever seen you sitting in front of a screen working, scrolling, replying to emails and saying you’re “too busy”?

Your habits become their normal.

You’re not just ticking your own box by improving your health, fitness and confidence.

You’re creating the example they grow up watching.

Finding balance in the chaos of life ✌🏼

As a business owner you can’t prioritise everything all at once.

That’s a given with our limited bandwidth!

But if you don’t ever prioritise certain aspects of your wellbeing because your work/business takes precedence…

Whether it be social, physical etc…

That’s a choice you’ve come to accept.

And that’s on you.

Which believe it or not… is something I also struggle with to a certain degree.

But when I do step away from work and allow my thoughts to be present…

I feel 100 x better, refreshed and ready to go again 💪🏼.

This is what most busy business owners don’t realise…

It’s not one massive binge that changes your body.

It’s the little but poor habits that begin to stack up over time:

➡️ Grabbing convenience food because work ran late.

➡️ A few drinks after work or at business meals / networking events.

➡️ Routines that shift to late bedtimes and early starts leaving you tired before you even get going.

➡️ Sitting at a desk all day with barely any movement and not accommodating for that.

➡️ Passing on any form of training because you’re too tired or busy.

When any of these occur in infrequent doses it’s not really a big deal.

But if you zoom out over 6–12 months…

And this has become the norm rather than the exception.

Suddenly you’re burnt out and your energy is nonexistent.

Your clothes fit tighter… or don’t fit at all anymore.

Your confidence is rock bottom.

And you barely recognise the physique you used to have.

That’s why fat gain feels like it “just happened.”

It didn’t.

It was built slowly through busy schedules, stress, poor routines and constantly putting yourself last.

Most busy professionals already know what to do to stop this from happening or to reverse it…

But the difficulty is staying consistent when business, family, travel and stress pile up.

And the weight of the world feels like it’s on your shoulders.

The good news however…

Is that fat loss works the exact same way in reverse.

You don’t need perfection.

You don’t need to live in the gym.

You don’t need another extreme crash diet.

You just need a system that fits your lifestyle.

✅ Better choices.

✅ More structure.

✅ More awareness.

✅ And accountability that allows you to remain consistent even when life gets busy.

Stack that up over time…

And everything changes.

If you’re a busy entrepreneur or executive who wants to get leaner, stronger and feel more energised without sacrificing your business or time with your family…

📥 DM “CONTROL” and I’ll show you how I support my clients to achieve life changing results.

Weekend Learnings with the Team 💭

A short summary:

✅ Lots of knowledge gained.

✅ Lots of networking with great coaches in this community.

✅ Lots of caffeine consumed.

A few takeaways from our speakers:

➡️ You don’t need to reinvent the wheel to be successful… but you need to be unique and a disruptor.

➡️ In a modern world of copy & paste and AI slop it’s never been more important to be AUTHENTIC.

➡️ Remote work is here to stay and is one of the easiest ways to grow your business and provide immense value.

➡️ But a profound understanding of client/workforce behaviour & emotion is needed… data metrics only tell one part of the story.

Awesome day out and looking forward to the next event!
