CLIENT TESTIMONIAL š
Neil Catchpool šš¼šš¼šš¼
Thereās a big difference between exercising just to tick a boxā¦
And actually getting fitter, healthier and building a body that is capable of more.
And Neil has done exactly that.
Throughout this current training block, weāve worked on improving both his strength and fitness levels.
As he wonāt mind me admitting, heād let things go quite a bit in between our stints of working with each other.
But this time around⦠heās managed to take them both further than he has ever managed before.
The biggest win isnāt necessarily what he can now lift in the gym or how hard he can push during a session.
Itās what that progress has given him outside of it.
ā”ļø More resilience.
ā”ļø More physical capacity.
ā”ļø More confidence in what his body can handle.
And ultimately, feeling far more capable in everyday life.
What makes Neilās progress even more impressive is that it hasnāt happened during a quiet period for him.
Work has been incredibly demanding!
Particularly through a major company acquisition, while heās also had lots of golf, holidays and a hamstring issue to manage around his training.
Life hasnāt stopped so he can focus on getting fit.
Weāve simply built his coaching around it.
Thatās exactly what I want my coaching service to achieve for busy professionals.
Not just better numbers in the gymā¦
That actually donāt mean an awful lot other than bragging rights with friends and family.
But a stronger, fitter and more resilient version of you that has a positive impact on everything else you do.
Great effort and commitment throughout this block, Neil š.

That 3pm crash isnāt because you need another coffee āļø.
Itās simply because your recovery is poor and youāve not done a great job of fuelling yourself for the day.
Perhaps you skipped breakfast because you were rushing.
Lunch may have got pushed back because meetings overran.
Youāve barely touched your water all day.
And by mid-afternoon youāre trying to fix low energy with caffeine and whatever snack is closest.
I see this all the time with busy professionals.
Nutrition isnāt just important for losing body fat or building muscle.
It affects how you feel and perform throughout your working day.
Your energy is impacted.
Your concentration.
Your readiness to train and exercise.
And how much youāve actually got left in the tank when you get home to the people that matter most!
Your diet doesnāt need to be perfect, measured and calculated.
You just need to consistently cover the basics:
1ļøā£ Eat enough ā”ļø balanced meals across the day.
2ļøā£ Prioritise protein ā”ļø 1.6g per kg of BW per day (min.)
3ļøā£ Get your fruit and veg in ā”ļø 5 different portions daily.
4ļøā£ Drink enough water ā”ļø ~3 litres a day especially if exercising.
5ļøā£ Use caffeine rather than rely on it ā”ļø 400mg a day MAX.
And have a plan for those days when youāre eating on the go.
Simple nutrition, executed consistently around a busy life.
Thatās the goal.

Networking events and business dinners could be impacting your health more than you realiseā¦
Your career shouldnāt come at the expense of your health.
Networking breakfasts, client lunches, business dinners and work events are a normal part of life for many of the people I work with.
I would never tell someone with a demanding career that the solution is to avoid them.
It isnāt realistic.
It isnāt necessary.
And theyāre invaluable for connecting and moving your career or business forward.
The occasional event makes very little difference.
But when these things appear in your diary every weekā¦
having no strategy around them can start to affect far more than your calorie intake.
Your sleep.
Your training.
Your energy.
Your food choices.
Your recovery.
And ultimately, how well you perform at work.
Thatās why my approach to coaching has always been about making your health work alongside your career, rather than expecting your career to revolve around your health.
You can still attend the dinners.
You can still have a drink.
You can still enjoy yourself.
You just need to know how to navigate it without allowing one evening to derail the next few days.
Your career deserves your best.
But so does your health!

BEFORE YOU⦠Believe everything you read!
There is so much information out there regarding YOUR health.
The health and fitness industry has convinced you that the answer is always somewhere else.
A new training programme.
A better supplement.
A more effective diet.
Another gadget.
Another hack.
But itās all about CONTEXT.
To make it abundantly clear⦠having all this information at your fingertips isnāt the problem.
Instead⦠itās your ability to stay on the same course and remain consistent with your actions thatās the problem.
Iāve coached business owners, CEOs and busy professionals for over a decadeā¦
and the individuals who achieve the best results arenāt the ones doing anything extraordinary.
They donāt have exclusive access to information that you donāt.
Theyāre just the ones who do the fundamentals for long enough to let them work.
ā”ļø Strength train consistently.
ā”ļø Sleep properly.
ā”ļø Eat enough protein.
ā”ļø Move every day.
š Repeat.
It isnāt glamorous⦠and at times it may become mind numbing.
But it will change your body, your energy and your health far more than chasing the next shortcut ever will.
If youāre willing to stop overcomplicating things and start focusing on what actually moves the needleā¦

Donāt have the time to track calories?
Donāt worry⦠Iāve got you covered.
One of the biggest pressures from the fitness industry is that you need to track every calorie and weigh every gram of food to make progress.
For some people looking to dial in their nutrition thatās a useful tool.
But for many busy professionals itās the exact reason why they never stay consistent.
If your days are filled with meetings, commuting, business travel, school runs and long hoursā¦
Adding another mind numbing task to your to do list usually isnāt the answer.
Instead, simplify just simplify your nutrition.
Choose a handful of foods you enjoy from each food group.
Rotate them throughout the week.
You can change these from week to week if you prefer.
Build meals that are easy to prepare, easy to repeat and fit around your life/goals.
By doing thisā¦
ā”ļø You remove decision fatigue.
ā”ļø Shopping becomes easier.
ā”ļø Meal preparation takes less time.
And consistency becomes far more achievable.
Is it perfect?
No.
Will it get you significantly better results than constantly starting and stopping because your nutrition feels too complicated?
Absolutely.
Health doesnāt need to be complicated.
It needs to be sustainable.
Save this post so youāve always got a simple framework to fall back on when life gets busy.

COACHING SPOTS CLOSED.
New and rejoining intakes for my online coaching are now officially closed until 1st September.
Thank you to those who joined and locked in before the deadline.
Iāll still be taking applications over this next month.
But a heads up your start date wonāt be until after the Summer now.
Throughout August Iāll be dedicating my time to the people who have already trusted me with their health, goals and ambitions.
Iāll be using this time to improve my coaching systems.
Client experience whilst working with me.
Building more resources.
And making sure every client continues to receive the highest standard of coaching possible.
I donāt want to become the coach who takes on hundreds of clients.
Iād rather work with fewer people and deliver real life changing results.
Thatās why clients of mine like Paul have lost 32kg and turned his medical results around.
Neil has lost 17kg and has found a sustainable balance between his health goals and career ambition.
Ting has lost 12kg and feels completely reenergised to continue to grow his successful restaurant business.
And why so many of the people I work with come through recommendations from existing clients.
If you missed this intake and youāre serious about improving your health, building longevity and having more energy to perform at your bestā¦
Youāll want to be first in line when applications reopen.
When my coaching spaces reopen in September, theyāll reopen with an even better coaching experience.
Iām not changing what I do.
Iām simply investing more into delivering the best coaching experience I possibly can.
If youād like to be the first to apply for my next intake in Septemberā¦
Message me āSEPTEMBERā and Iāll make sure youāre contacted and onboarded ready to end the year on a high.
Looking forward to welcoming the next group soon āš¼
