Conwy Golf Club

A huge privilege hosting the Welsh PGA Championship at Conwy this week. The links showed up brilliantly, and the feedback from the players and the PGA throughout the two days was top class.

A massive thank you to all the club members who volunteered their time to help make the event run so smoothly.

Congratulations to overall winner Zac Galliford (Ross-on-Wye GC), who took the trophy by a single shot with rounds of 68 and 72. Special mentions go to Sion Bebb (Morlais Castle GC) for taking the Seniors title (74-71) and Jacob Davies (Chester & North Wales DR) for winning the Assistants Championship (75-73).

We were also proud to have six Conwy players in the field, with Josh Roberts leading the home effort to finish in 22nd place (74-77). Well done to everyone involved.

🏆 Zach Galliford is the Welsh National PGA Champion!

Galliford secured the title at Conwy Golf Club, finishing on four-under-par after rounds of 68 and 72.

A strong back nine in his final round, featuring three birdies, helped him close out the victory and claim the Welsh National Championship title. 👏
