Crystal Singing Bowls for healing & relaxation
at the Saraswati Yoga studio

Research is showing that singing bowls sessions offers benefits such as deep relaxation, stress reduction, and improved mood.
Benefits can include reduced blood pressure, a slower heart rate, improved sleep quality, and some relief from pain and anxiety.
The sounds of the bowls enhance focus, and mindfulness.
To practice this healing meditation all you do is come along, sit or lay down and listen to the beautiful sound of the bowls. Easy and so relaxing.
We could all do with some stress relief.
People report feeling wonderful after a session.
