🏁 Race report - Final round of the ACU Ultra Lightweight Championship at Mallory Park 🏁

It was a great weekend, perfect weather. I came 2nd overall in the first race but 1st in class securing the championship win for the Streetstock class and for the Overall ACU Ultra Lightweight Championship! 🏆
So in the second race I could just enjoy it, finishing 2nd overall again and 1st in class. I was getting steady 1:13 lap times all day and got 1:12.4 personal best lap.

Thanks to my family, team and supporters who came to watch and for all the surprises yesterday, for the t-shirts and crown and getting soaked in prosecco by my dad after I soaked him with nosecco first! We had a really fun day celebrating my first championship win and it’s just been an amazing first year of racing. I’m now looking forward to this weekend star at Darley race meeting to finish off the year!

As always a big thank you to all my sponsors, who without none of this would have been possible:

Today we raced at darley on the 400 for more practice ready for next year. Was supposed to be racing on 125 at Scotland but due to cancellation decided for more tracktime on the 400. Thankyou to Darley Moor Sports Centre had a great day as always. Improved my pb lap time on this bike by 0.2 seconds today. Doesn’t sound a lot but with only 37 bhp this is a good improvement. Did have a rather large moment in 1 of the races exiting paddock corner after a late overtake on a bike with double the horsepower so bit of frustration may have been the cause to this but managed to hold on to it. Photo is the start of the moment

Thankyou to everyone that came to support me today, means a lot to have supporters at the circuit

As always thanks to my sponsors

Some commitment from my sponsor Michael Wright, owner of Capri Motors doing some repairs from my whoopsie at Anglesey. Massively appreciated getting bike shiny again. By the way he don’t do bodywork/paintwork anymore so we are very lucky to have him in our corner 👍
