A very good away performance and another positive result for the team. Well done, boys! 👏⚽

⚽ PCFA U12s White 4–3 Retford U12s ⚽

Another exciting game for our U12s White as they hosted Retford last Sunday!

Joey opened the scoring, giving us a 1–0 lead going into half-time.

The boys started the second half strongly. Oscar scored after a good assist from Joey, before Jackson added another from Oscar’s pass. Alan then found the net, with Oscar providing his second assist of the game.

Retford fought back to make it a close finish, but our boys held on to secure a brilliant 4–3 win! Well done, everyone! ⚽🔥👏

⚽ Thank you, Diyar! ❤️💙

This weekend marks the start of a new chapter for our referee Diyar, as he heads off to Durham University to begin his studies.

Diyar started refereeing when he was just 16 years old. Now 18, he’s spent the last couple of years giving up his weekends to referee our teams and has become a familiar face around the club.

We’ve watched him grow in confidence and develop as a referee and we’re really grateful for all the time and commitment he’s given to PCFA.

University life will keep him busy, especially after being awarded a sports scholarship and getting the opportunity to represent Durham alongside his studies. 👏🎓

Diyar is hoping to pick up the whistle for us again whenever he’s back home, so hopefully we’ll still see him on a PCFA pitch from time to time!

For now, a massive thank you from everyone at PCFA and good luck with the next chapter, Diyar.

You’ll always be welcome back! ⚽❤️💙

⚽ PCFA U12s White 3–1 West End Terriers U12 Orange ⚽

Another good performance and a deserved win for our U12s White today!

We took the lead in the first half through a slightly scrappy goal, the ball bounced around off a few players before somehow finding its way into the West End goal! They all count! 😂

The boys went into the break 1–0 ahead and added two more goals in the second half. Jacob scored after being set up by Joe, before Joe got himself on the scoresheet from John’s assist. ⚽🔥

A solid team performance and a good 3–1 win. Well done, boys! 👏

⚽ Goals: Own goal, Jacob and Joe
🅰️ Assists: Joe and John

🏆 CUP MATCH REPORT – U16s
📅 20.09.2026

⚽ PCFA U16 White 3–2 Brodsworth Main FC U16
Half-time: 2–2

A good cup win against a Brodsworth side from Division Two.

The visitors started strongly and took a 2–0 lead after 19 minutes. The boys responded brilliantly, with Connor scoring twice in two minutes to bring us level before half time.

We controlled more of the game after the break and with around 20 minutes remaining, Connor completed his hat trick with a lovely finish to put us ahead.

We would have liked another goal to make the ending more comfortable but the boys managed the rest of the game well and deserved their place in the next round.

Job done! Now we prepare for our first league match, away at Retford next Sunday. 👏⚽

⚽ Goals: Connor ×3
🅰️ Assists: Franek ×2 and Borys

🏆 Players of the Match: Tayo and Oliver

⚽ Frickley Athletic U11s vs PCFA U11s White ⚽

Another win for our U11s White yesterday as they travelled to South Elmsall to take on Frickley Athletic.

The boys controlled the game, played some really good football and created plenty of chances. Five of those chances ended up in the back of the net, with goals coming from Jakub, Noah, Jan and Mikolaj.

Another strong team performance and a great start to the season. Well done, boys! 👏⚽

🏆 Cup Match Report

⚽ Retford United U12 Blacks 3–3 PCFA U12 White ⚽
Retford won 4–3 on penalties

What a comeback from our U12s in today’s cup game!

The boys were 2–1 behind at half-time and then found themselves 3–1 down in the second half. They refused to give up, kept fighting and scored twice to bring the game back to 3–3.

John scored after a good assist from Joe, before Joe found the net himself to complete the comeback and take the tie to penalties.

Unfortunately, we were beaten in the shootout and our cup journey ends here, but the boys can be proud of the character and team spirit they showed. Plenty of positives to take from this one! 👏⚽

⚽ Goals: Own goal, John and Joe

🏆 Players of the Match: John and Oscar
