The team hosted Cantley FC on Friday night down on the beat. Overall a solid pre season performance, never really got out of second gear but still played some lovely stuff at times.

Plenty of links ups all over the pitch and for the most part not troubled at the back.

Lost shape at times, but that’s to be expected when they are making changes, and trying

This weekends results. A mixed bag for the teams but some great work put in and everyone getting closer to the big KO in September. Massive thanks to parents for getting players to the games as always and for your support

The boys hosted Sheffield A Runners up Thornecliffe Villa this morning. A fantastic game between two very good sides. A close game where both teams played some cracking football.

The lads came up short in the last 10 mins, conceding a couple of goals. That said on another day had they taken their chances, they could’ve won the game also.

Big thanks to Thornecliffe for coming down and good luck for next season guys 🤝

Junior takes the award today. He was brilliant at centre back. Won pretty much everything in the air and was positionally spot on. Very calm and collected on the ball also. Well played mate 👏

The team went away to Doncaster United today and lost out by the odd goal in a 9 goal thriller. They played some good attacking football and they all worked so hard, missing out by the one goal. Unlucky team!

The team hosted South Park Rangers this morning. They started really well and in the first two quarters played some great football. The last two quarters were a little more challenging for the team, but the kids kept going and worked hard until the end 👏

A massive well done to our brand new u8 Blacks. Manager Richard and coach Martin took them to their first ever tournament today and they only went and won the Europa league side of the day.

After previously only ever playing one friendly as a team together the whole lot of them have been fantastic today.

A tough, close loss for the team today, but that doesn’t reflect how well they all battled! 💪⚽

The team had lots of shots at goal that just didn’t quite find the back of the net. A few of the kids took some knocks throughout the game but showed amazing resilience, getting straight back up and stuck back in. Well done team 👏💛🖤

Nathan also grabbed 2 goals and had a great game!
