We are welcoming new or returning adult players to join our coaching sessions! 🏸

Whether you’re getting back into badminton, looking to improve your game, or just want to play in a friendly and supportive environment, our sessions are open to adults of all different abilities. It’s a great way to build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy regular badminton with a welcoming group. 😊

Durham Swifts Badminton Club is looking for a new coach to add to our already experienced team! 🏸

We’d love to hear from anyone with a Level 1 or Level 2 badminton coaching qualification, or from someone enthusiastic who’d be willing to work towards Level 1.

It’s a great opportunity to be part of a friendly club, help develop players of all ages and enjoy being involved in a supportive badminton community. 🏠

We coach at Spennymoor leisure centre every Tuesday between 6-9pm

This is open for 18+ but if your 16-18 and interested please still let us know and we can support your through other coaching qualifications

Adults tonight is still on.

Adult session is cancelled on a Tuesday 8-9pm until further notice.

What feels like the longest month of the year is behind us and we can now start to focus on the most important part of your 2026…Badminton 🏸

Swifts are back bigger and better this year with experienced qualified coaching continuing on Tuesdays and fun games club night on Wednesdays…new members are very much welcome at all levels!
