What’s on in the gym for the bank holiday weekend:

Wednesday sparring 7-8 pm

Thursday :both boxing classes as normal.

Friday : regan cann in a short notice match in Middlesbrough on Friday night. He’s boxing a tough kid but he ll have a go.

Saturday: sparring 9am as usual.

Sunday: gym closed

Monday: ffc 10am ( bank holiday hours , no 121s)
