Not long now until our biggest show of the year so far ✅

Thankyou for all of your help with vip table balances. It’s very much appreciated ✅

What a cracking week in the gym we’ve had in the gym .
The cardio have seen as good a work ethic as I’ve seen for a while. The sparring has been hard but technically good.
Andrew redmayne is back and looking fitter by the session, this has helped Shane and Brian massively.
Jack froud is making a full return next week and John Robinson is coming with him …..

All our boxers that have been in regularly are ready to go more or less now! One more hard week then taper down for the show.

Lastly, thanks for everyone s efforts on vip table balances , we are not there yet but will be by Tuesday night.

Fight fit circuits on tomorrow at 10 am.

Thanks for everyone s continued hard work and support 🥊

Fight fit circuits as usual 10 am Sunday, looking to round off another very good week 🥊

Is today Black Friday , Halloween or just a strange day?
One of our own, Iain hind had been to tea time mass, popped in booze busters to get 4 cans , a bottle of Zinfandel for Lauren and a 50p mix up for Harry. He then decided to pop in the Turks for his usual Lloyd Xmas bowl cut.
He was then chatting to the barber about who s god is the greatest.
In bools Adam cook, drunker than Amy winehouse on her prom night, calls out two time on the next show, gets his new p**n star tash trimmed, says he beat Steven lambert twice, then goes to the kebab shop!
Poor two time, the lad insults nobody, Adam’s a nice lad too , maybe just had a few too many.
Strange days these Fridays 😂

Two good wins at the weekend on the community clash show in Hartlepool.
Both Reece B and Iain Hind boxed well.

Thanks to Bobby for having us .

However, moving forward if you put your name down to box on a show and I don’t see you in the gym please don’t expect me to corner you.

Likewise if you choose to box on a show without my knowledge please don’t expect me corner you.

If you’re bouncing around different gyms please don’t expect me to corner you.

I’m busy enough to start with and value what little time I get off on a weekend .
Secondly if you need to use other coaches they are obviously good enough to coach so they are obviously good enough to corner you.

This isn’t a petulant rant but I must start valuing my own time better.
Plus it’s almost embarrassing when people underperform due to poor preparation and the corner team look like t**s when it’s not their fault in the slightest !

Thanks !
