Meet Andrew.

Andrew has trained with us for 2 years, he's combined personal training with his own gym sessions, and followed our guidance with his nutrition.
He's had great days and bad days plus everything in-between.
He's hit milestones one after the other finally reaching 10% body fat on his latest check in with Dean.

Andrew has his own reasons for training, as many of us do. Unique is proud to stand along side every single person who walks through our doors, whether its a class, a personal training session or just to lift weights and laugh with friends.

Truth is, there isn't a RIGHT reason for going to the gym but it's certain that the Unique team have your back whatever yours is!
