~ FUNDRAISER ~
On the 18th of March, we’ll be taking on 24 hours non-stop on the water to raise money for a new men’s 4+.
After last year’s 24-hour ergathon, we decided that staying dry was a bit too easy - so this year we’re stepping it up and taking it onto the river.
For 24 hours straight, crews will be rowing through the day and night - all to help us reach our goal and invest in equipment that will make a huge difference to the squad.

Grey College Boat Club is taking on Movember!

This month, our rowers are growing mo’s, moving miles, and raising funds to support men’s health. Take a look at our page to see what challenges we will be doing.

Grey College Boat Club 2025's Mo Space Movember, the month formerly known as November, is a moustache growing charity event held during November each year that raises funds and awareness for men's health.

We had the incredibly moving experience of welcoming the new women's 4+ this term, named in memory of GCBC alumna Beth Pevsner (2015-2018). With a great turnout from current students, alumni, and friends, it was a fitting tribute to someone who gave so much to the club, as Women's Captain, coach and rower.

This boat was made possible thanks to the incredible support of our community, through a collective donation from the 'Friends of Beth', fundraising efforts such as the 24-hour ergathon, and contributions of all sizes.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this boat to life. It stands as a lasting reminder of Beth’s spirit and love for rowing. We're proud to share that the new boat has already raced at both Durham and York Regattas, and it will continue to carry her name through many more races to come.

~ GCBC x HRR ~

We once again have the amazing opportunity to attend the Remenham Club at Henley Royal Regatta, with thanks to Michael Cannon. Henley Royal Regatta is an absolute staple of the rowing calendar and is always a great day out with lots of high-level racing on show.

The regatta runs from Tuesday 1st July - Sunday 6th July. GCBC alumni can buy tickets for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. You are welcome to bring guests.

The prices are as follows:

Wednesday: £32
Thursday: £36
Sunday: £32
