💚 STUDIO ETIQUETTE — A FEW FRIENDLY REMINDERS 💚

We want 24PoleFit to be a space where everyone feels comfortable, supported and able to enjoy their pole journey. 🫶

Here are a few little reminders to help keep our studio a happy place:

✨ Arrive on time — please arrive a few minutes before your session so you’re ready to start on time. If you arrive too late, you may not be able to take part for safety reasons.

✨ Follow the lesson — even if the move being taught is below your current ability. There’s always something to learn, and following the lesson keeps everyone safe.

✨ Only qualified teaching — please don’t teach or demonstrate techniques to other students. If someone needs help, grab your instructor! 💚

✨ Respect the equipment — treat all studio equipment as if it were your own.

✨ Clean your equipment — please wipe down your pole and any equipment you have used at the end of your session.

✨ Filming etiquette — we LOVE seeing your progress and your videos! 🎥 When recording, please be mindful of other students. If you can’t exclude someone from the background, please ask if they’re happy to be included.

✨ Have fun! — enjoy your time in the air, celebrate your progress and cheer each other on. 💚

We’re so excited to introduce Isla — our brand new Trainee Instructor at 24PoleFit!✨

Isla has been part of the 24PoleFit community for just over 12 months and has really embraced her PoleFit journey. She’s now taking the next exciting step towards becoming an instructor herself 💚

Having loved being part of our community, Isla is keen to give back, build her skills and grow her confidence as she develops her teaching experience alongside our 24PoleFit mentorship programme.

You’ll start to see Isla in our Beginners classes from November.

We’re so excited to welcome Levi to the 24PoleFit Training Instructor Team! 💚

Levi first discovered pole and instantly fell in love with it. She’s been part of our studio since February this year, and now she’s taking the next step into her Instructor Mentorship Programme! 🙌

💫 Why does she love spin?
Because it keeps her engaged, challenged and always learning. There’s always another move to master, another challenge to take on and another way to grow.

And now she can’t wait to turn that passion into her own choreography, routines and classes and share her love of spin with all of you! 🌀
