Calling all young sporty kids…

Calling all young sporty kids! Applications for The Search for a Star Campaign are now open and can be made by following this link and scrolling down to the search for a star application form https://www.performancephysioandpilates.com/physiotherapy-services/physioforkids
The campaign is open to those ages between 8-16. They can be involved in sport of any level and must participate in one or more sports regularly. The idea behind the campaign is to support one individual but in doing so help raise the awareness to others about the importance of developing young athletes safely. The youngster will receive sports screenings to help track growth and identify any issues that could cause injuries within their given sport. They will also have access to physiotherapy treatment and rehab services should they need it. The athlete, their parents or carers, coaches and club will all be provided with information, resources and advice on how they can keep themselves on top form across the season. Applications close at the end of July and the successful applicant will be announced on Friday 1st of August. Good Luck!

Beautiful weather yesterday for an lesson with a client who is training for a 1/2 Ironman distance triathlon.

We are coming into the summer open water swimming season now. I'm an experienced Open Water Swim Instructor and an Advanced SwimMastery Coach.
