Big Blue Swim School offers swimming lessons to children from 3.5yrs, as well as adults and rookie lifesaving.

We offer small class sizes, instructors in the water and progression through the ASA awards scheme.

New Rookie Lifeguard Bronze class

- Tuesday - Royal High School - 7.30 to 8.15pm
- 16 weeks remaining - August to December

Rookie bronze is open to all children 8 years and older that have achieved Swim England stage 9 or above (or equivalent learn to swim award). Children must be strong, confident swimmers and able to swim 600-800m continuously.

Our friends over at Water Babies are looking for some willing swimmers to help with their training course on 19th July. Please contact them directly on the email below if you are interested in helping them out.

🏊 FREE SWIM LESSONS!🏊

We're looking for confident young swimmers (Swim England Stage 4 or above) to help us upskill some of our fantastic teachers, allowing us to continue the Water Babies journey with children beyond 6 years old.

📍Holiday Inn Corstorphine- next to Edinburgh Zoo 🦁
📅 Sunday 19th July
🕗 Between 8:00am and 11:00am

Each lesson will last 30 minutes, but if your swimmer is happy to stay in the pool for longer and take part in additional sessions, we'd love that!
