🏏 On Friday, the Devon Cricket Foundation ran the first of the Young Cricket Collective courses, a new initiative designed by the ECB to prepare young people to start volunteering.

Run in three parts, the course covers training to be an Activator, an Official and a Young Leader. The participants received a full range of kit and can build their hours of volunteering for rewards!

1️⃣9️⃣ participants from across 11 clubs attended the course.
