🌟 Team Member Tuesday – Meet Izzie 🌟

Today we're introducing the first member of our incredible Duty Manager team, Izzie!

Our Duty Managers are fundamental in ensuring the smooth and successful running of the centre each and every day, and Izzie is no exception. Having been a valued member of the LED team for many years, she has worked her way up from reception and has become an integral part of the centre's day-to-day operations.

You'll likely recognise Izzie, as she's always on hand to support both customers and her fellow team members wherever needed. Her reliability and dedication make her a huge asset to the team, and Exmouth Leisure Centre simply wouldn't be the same without her! 💙

Izzie has an undying love for everything Chicago, and one day hopes to make the move there permanently! Earlier this year, she joined Chloe and Chelsea on the trip of a lifetime, spending two unforgettable weeks exploring the incredible city and experiencing everything it has to offer.

Member of the Month

We are thrilled to announce our Member of the Month for July... Mark! 🏆

Mark is a pleasure to have as part of our community. A consistent swimmer with a fantastic attitude, he always brings positivity into the centre. He is polite, friendly, and incredibly supportive of both our staff and fellow pool users.

We truly appreciate the enthusiasm and kindness Mark shows every time he visits, and we're delighted to recognise him for being such a valued member.

Today we'd like to introduce Chelsea!

You may not recognise Chelsea straight away. Despite being part of the LED family for over 4 years, she has only recently made the move down to the leisure centre. However, there's a good chance you'll recognise her voice from answering your calls in our Customer Hub! 📞

Chelsea is now our Customer Experience Lead, helping with a variety of things around the centre. She has loved becoming part of the Exmouth team and enjoys seeing all the familiar and new faces that pass through our doors each day.

Chloe's Tuesday Night Spin 🚴

🌎 Fun Fact:
Chelsea took part in Camp America and spent three months in the USA, working at a Girl Scout camp in Minnesota. After camp, she enjoyed four weeks travelling across America and making memories that will last a lifetime!

Well done to all our junior swimmers who took part in our summer swim gala yesterday! Lots of great swimming, loud cheering and smiles all round. We are so proud of every single one of you!
