The original Solution Focused accredited Hypnotherapy Diploma Course equips you with the essential skills and knowledge to become a confident, business-ready Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. We deliver the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma course and provide Group supervision to qualified hypnotherapists.

✨ What can you expect from Module 1?

Your journey with CPHT Hampshire begins on 27th February 2027, and we’re going to dive straight into the fascinating world of the brain and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy!

During Module 1, you’ll discover:
🧠 Understanding how the brain works - Explore the fascinating neuroscience behind our thoughts, emotions and behaviours and start to understand why we respond the way we do.

✨ What can hypnotherapy help with? - Discover the wide range of issues Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can support and how the approach can help people make positive changes.

📊 The science behind trance – EEG demonstration - See the science behind trance for yourself with an EEG demonstration, exploring what happens in the brain during trance.

💫 Experience hypnosis for yourself - You won't just learn about hypnosis, you'll experience it! Discover what it feels like to enter a trance state and gain an understanding of the process from a client's perspective.

🎤 Deliver hypnosis - You'll also have the opportunity to begin putting your learning into practice and experience what it's like to deliver hypnosis yourself.

At CPHT, our approach is practical, supportive, and designed to build real confidence as a hypnotherapist.

✅ Practical Work from Day One: Each month includes hands-on practice during your face-to-face training. You’ll see volunteer clients from the first weekend and keep a short client log after each session - reflecting on your work and setting achievable goals.

A 1-1 presentation of your initial consultation (2–4 months to prepare)
