The first classes start this Saturday.

Quick reminder: The first Self Security classes are starting this Saturday in East Kilbride and Larkhall. We have been asked about costs - they are free for participants.

These are short introduction courses that help to have a look at what risks actually exist, how we can see them early, deescalate them and worst case react to them.

Your instructors are Matt Law and Heero Miketta - they do work for MartialArts.Scot, if you want to know a bit more about their background.
