Kickstart workouts are hardcore and they’re designed to kick your butt. But luckily, they can be modified if need be – so don’t let an injury or health issues or anything like that keep you from signing up if you’re interested.
Bootcamp doesn’t just focus on exercise though, it goes deeper. It also focuses on educating you on proper diets and food choices. And getting involved in a bootcamp is great because you have a group you’re working with. This can motivate you to keep up your routine and that means your bad habits will be a thing of the past.
Bootcamp is for everyone. Young, old, male, female, skinny, fat – you can get a great workout, great motivation, and great health out of bootcamp workouts.

Most people fail, not because of lack of desire, but lack of commitment
Commitment to the cause, or willing to stick it out is the key to success, if you half-arse something then you will get half the result if you even get a result. Don't just say you're going to do it. Get out there and do it!

Bootcamp Workouts Provide Better, Faster Results
Because of the focus on HIIT workouts and the high-paced, intense speed of bootcamp workouts, you’re almost guaranteed to see results faster than you would with any other workout style or program.
From a purely physical standpoint, you’re going to torch those calories. You’re moving constantly and you’re doing it quickly – which burns major calories. You can even expect to burn up to 600 calories during one hour-long session. So you’re going to torch that fat.
Bootcamp workouts are designed to drive results no matter what your body type. And with the previously mentioned additional focus on diet and lifestyle changes, you’re going to keep seeing those results.

We can all fall away from eating healthy. But the biggest tip I can give you is to not beat yourself up about it. Don't let it turn into a big 3-day binge. It happens to everyone (trust me), take some time and get back on track.

If you get tired, learn to rest, not quit
Don't quit, never quit. You can do what you want to do if you keep trying, when you fail you don't lose, only when you stop trying do you really lose. Failure is a great opportunity for you to learn and grow through the hard times and learn from your mistakes.
Just keep going

Think about all the extras you might be adding to your diet. The extra milk, syrups, sugar, and even the chocolate dusting on the top. and that's just with your coffees. Watch out for the calories in mayo and ketchup as when it comes to tracking your food we can very easily forget to add this all in. And that might be a reason we aren't seeing the weight loss we want.

Want to stick with your diet or your new fitness regime? Then take it one step at a time and try not to rush it.
We can often want quick fixes and look for the fastest way to reach our goals, but sometimes it takes time. Sometimes we need to slow it down and ensure we do it right.
Also, try not to change everything at once. Maybe start exercising first, then once you're in the habit of that, try to count calories and start eating healthily. It can really help to add one new habit at a time instead of trying to do it all at once.
Fancy starting up your new habit by joining Kickstart Bootcamp? send us a message and we can get you booked in for a free trial session.

Bootcamp is a huge confidence builder
Bootcamp workouts help build confidence. That feeling you get when you finish the hardest workout of your life and your clothes are drenched in sweat? That’s a self-esteem boost. That’s a confidence boost.
Plus, each bootcamp workout is going to be a challenge. So when you keep overcoming those challenges, again and again, you’re going to see your confidence and self-esteem skyrocket.
Pushing yourself through this workout time and time again is going to do something for you mentally. It’s going to push you to believe that you really can do this and improve.
And you know what? You can.

To avoid temptation, try not to stock up on junk food - such as chocolate, biscuits, crisps, and sweet fizzy drinks. Instead focus on healthier snacks such as fruit, rice cakes, oat cakes, and unsalted or unsweetened popcorn. But that doesn't mean you can't have a wee treat every now and then. Dieting should be enjoyable not a restricted unsatisfying plate of food.
My clients have had amazing progress whilst still eating the food they want, but just making sure it all works within a healthy balanced diet that they can stick to.
