🔥 Technique of The Week: Kettlebell Power Clean 🔥
The kettlebell power clean is one of the best exercises for building explosive power, coordination, grip strength, and full-body athleticism when done correctly.
In this video, we show:
✅ Proper setup and starting position
✅ Generating power from the hips
✅ Smooth, efficient movement into the rack position
The goal isn’t to muscle the kettlebell up with your arm. The power comes from your hips and timing.

So many people spend their lives stuck in one of two places:
1. Worrying about what challenges might come in the future
2. Replaying things they can’t change
And while your mind is busy living in the future or the past, your health, confidence, and happiness are being neglected in the present.
Exercise changes more than just your body. It provides structure when life is challenged by uncertainty.
Movement improves your mood when stress builds up. It helps clear your head, boost your confidence, and reminds you of how strong you are.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to “get motivated first.”
You just need to start moving.
A walk. A workout. A cycle. A single positive action.
Progress begins with movement. 💪
What’s one thing you do to reset your mindset when life feels overwhelming? 👇

Stuart's decision to join was influenced by three main factors: hearing how much his wife enjoyed training with the DMC Crew, noticing her significant progress over the previous year, and the fact that she had eventually become able to do more push-ups than him. It was clear to him that we had understood her goals and helped her achieve them, and he hoped for the same level of support for his own fitness journey.
Although Stuart had always stayed active through running and various sports, he lacked structured knowledge around effective training. His goal was to build muscle and gain weight while maintaining aerobic fitness, but in a controlled and optimised way. During his initial induction, he was able to clearly outline his objectives, and guide him accordingly.
Alongside training, Stuart made small but impactful adjustments to his diet, which supported his progress. Even years later, Stuart still enjoys his sessions due to their variety, and being structured to match his improvement. Although always challenging, we always push our clients within their limits.
Overall, he found DMC Fitness to be a knowledgeable and supportive team that understands how to tailor training and nutrition to individual goals.

This week we’re sharing one of the best movements for building strong, athletic hamstrings and glutes, the Bench Assisted Romanian Deadlift.
Why we love it:
✔️ Teaches proper hip hinge mechanics

✔️ Reduces stress on the lower back compared to conventional deadlifts
✔️ Perfect for improving strength, posture, and injury resilience
