Service area now FULL to capacity for the week folks , many thanks to everyone that popped in this week .
Next intake day for bike servicing is
WED 27th MAY Open 10am

Service area can fill
Up quickly so earlier the better , ideally between 10-12 on the Wednesday ,

notices are put up weekly on our social media pages / website etc once full again
Thanks πŸ‘ŠπŸš΄β€β™€οΈπŸš΄β€β™€οΈ

Also …Just a reminder that our weekly intake days for servicing & repairs is on WEDNESDAYS ( closes off again when full )
Just pop in if u can ….
With 95% of the work that comes in to us we can generally turn it around in 5-7 days .
The idea behind the weekly intake day is we can spend the week assessing and working on the bikes that you bring to us .
We are hearing reports of lengthy time waits to book in work in other places so rather than operate a lengthy booking system we are operating the 1 day a week intake .
The whole process is very simple ,
1. Drop bike in on WEDNESDAY ( no need to book in )
We then update our website and socials when full .
2. Quick discussion about what you need done ( service or other work )
3. Within a period of 5-7 days ( that’s our target ) we will text your mobile with any costs first before we commence the work . We use text or whatsapp .
You then simply reply with a decision if you want to proceed or not .
4. You will then receive a further text to let you know your bike is ready for collection if you want the work done .

We understand the Wednesday thing might not suit everyone but we are even happy for someone to drop the bike off for you if you can’t make it .

Rest of shop open as normal 7 days a week , you can pick up all your bike stuff and even browse or range of new & second hand bikes .
Small jobs like punctures , spoke replacement we can still do but please just bring in wheel only if possible .

As always , thanks for the support & we appreciate the business πŸ‘Š Thanks folks πŸ‘πŸš΄β€β™€οΈπŸš΄β€β™€οΈ
