Pollok parkrun

Pollok parkrun Pollok parkrun, Glasgow Free, weekly, 5km timed run in the beautiful surroundings of Glasgow's Pollok Country park.

Register before your first run at http://www.parkrun.org.uk, bring a printed copy of your barcode, and run with us at 9.30am. We're a welcoming and sociable timed run, we welcome and encourage runners of all abilities to take part. If Pollok's too far, or you fancy a change, there are three other events to choose from in Glasgow, and many more throughout Scotland, the UK and the world.

Forecast looks good tomorrow and we are set to go for Pollok parkrun.

It's a new parkrun week, and the great news is there are lots of volunteering opportunities waiting just for you!
We are looking for -
marshals
barcode scanners
time keepers
funnel managers
finish token giver outers
a number checker ... and a tail walker!
