Abbeymead Rovers FC is an FA Charter Standard Community Club based in the Abbeydale and Abbeymead area of Gloucester. The club provides football activities for almost 800 participants on a weekly basis aged from 5 years upwards, with youth, adult, disability and walking football teams. Clubwoman of the year had to be our Jen!
Having only joined the committee at the start of the season, Jen soon got thrown in the deep end… not only stepping up to become our new Club Secretary but leading on a huge project in her first year! Smashing it Jen - we’re all grateful to have you on board 💛💙

The Chairman’s team of the year went to our Ladies team, who couldn’t deserve this award more!
They are an unassuming, hard-working, determined bunch, and act as great role models for our younger female players.
They are a team most definitely on the up and we all wish you another great season ahead ladies 💛💙

In the best kept secret of the season, our very own Chairman, Paul Mason, was awarded the Langworthy Long Service award this year.
A very well deserved award after 8 strong years as Club Chairman (with an extra role or two thrown in along the way sorting pitches, club kit, referee allocations…the list goes on!) Rumour had it Mr Mason had never won an award in all his time leading the club so we thought it was about time that changed! 💛💙
