What an incredible way to finish competitions for the summer, thanks to everyone at the National Association of Teachers of Dancing - NATD for an amazing competition in Blackpool we loved every second of it🙌🎉

All of our dancers at Dancestars achieved brilliant results over the weekend with so many finalists, and a lot of first place finishes. The support shown for each other is inspiring and the standard of dancing is being raised every time you all step on the dance floor🏆💃🕺

Keep up the hard work everyone , we are so proud of all of you🙌💪

Dancing is back on today class is 10:00-11:00 as normal looking forward to seeing everyone

What an amazing IDTA Nationwide Finals 🙌Excellent dancing from all of our students with a lot competing at Blackpool for the first time 🕺💃and the best friendly and family atmosphere ever🙌

In total 9 semi finalists which is brilliant 🏆💃🕺

And 2 Finalists;

🏆Sasha Gregory - 1st Place 16-22 Lady Lady Latin🎉
🏆Martin Gardner - 7th Place 65 and over Ballroom🎉

What an amazing start to 2025 2 competitions and 1 medal test🕺💃

It was a lovely day at the invitational schools competition in Sheffield where Dancestars had lots of finalists🙌🏆

Next was our IDTA medal test where we had 100% honours with everyone getting 90% or over which is an incredible achievement and goes to show the high standard of all of our dancers💃🕺

Last weekend was the first league for dance schools competition, where it was lovely to see the team spirit and positive energy of all of our dancers, plus excellent results 🙌🏆

Bring on the IDTA finals at the start of April 💪

Last Saturday dance class of the year and we have received the loveliest present ever🙏it really sums up our dance school as a big family who all support each other and are so kind, we really appreciate the incredible gift and are so proud of all of our dancers 💃🕺🎉

Some recent competitions and results include everyone qualifying for the NATD and IDTA grand finals in Blackpool next year🙌

Dancestars adult class every Tuesday 8.00 to 9.00 £5.00 pay as you go no need for a partner . Located at Matson rugby club learn to dance like the strictly crew.
